What this service is

VT Metal Roofing is a marketing service that connects homeowners with independent local metal roofing contractors. Compass Camper LLC is not a roofing contractor, does not perform roofing work, does not employ tradespeople, and does not negotiate the scope or price of any job. When you submit a quote request, your information is forwarded to an independent contractor who contacts you directly.

Your relationship with contractors

Any agreement for roofing or related work is between you and the contractor. The contractor is solely responsible for the work they perform, their registration and credentials, their insurance, their pricing, and their warranties. Compass Camper LLC is not a party to that agreement.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided as is. Compass Camper LLC makes no warranty about the work performed by any contractor and does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free. Content on this site is provided for general information only. It is not engineering, professional, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for an on-site assessment by a qualified professional.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compass Camper LLC's total liability arising out of your use of this site or service is limited to $100. Compass Camper LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any act or omission of an independent contractor you hire.
